MFH recognised at an early stage that there were unique problems in working in an environment where hygiene is paramount.
All engineers undergo hygiene training courses in order that they understand the importance of maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety within the food industry. All equipment and clothes used by MFH is reserved exclusively for the food industry; a practice which is not adopted by all contractors.
